Hiking for R and R: Mt Baker, WA

By Suzanne Holman • September 10th, 2009

I’m just back to Phoenix after an amazing 6 weeks in Bellingham, WA…..cool weather, busy life with little children, and constant beauty!

This hike with three of my grandsons was a fun day….. landscape looks fake, doesn’t it?
We didn’t get to do any sled riding in the snow as we have at times in the past, but we did get to see lots of snow on the higher peaks.

Days like these are critical breaks from the intensity of a life filled with pressures of family, business, and challenging situations such as Alzheimer’s in the Family.
